Project description

Leading Bank in UAE is looking for murex consultants to support bank in their treasury division transformation.

Responsibilities

-Consultant involves in providing technical and functional expertise to implement, configure, and support Murex solutions within a treasury environment.

Murex Back Office Responsibility:

-Engage users to gather, capture, and document requirements on backoffice workflows and accounting treatment for various financial products.

-Analyse requirements and assess feasibility of implementation in Murex.

-Design and configure back office workflows (contract, events, deliverables, payment etc.)

-Perform testing, capture output, and document results.

-Escalate identified issues and analyze if any alternative methods are feasible as a workaround.

-Developing requirements, reviewing technical and functional design, building and testing solution, and ensuring proper closure of the different initiatives by taking ownership/accountability end to end.

Skills

Must have

-Total working experience of 5-7 years of experience.

-Experience with Murex 3.1 platform.

-Experience in treasury domain.

-Having experience with at least two asset classes: Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX Cash, FX Derivatives, Commodities, Structured Derivatives

Experience as Murex Back-office developer with technical knowledge on workflow (contracts, events, deliverable, exchange).

-Good understanding of swift messages configuration.

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills accompanied with excellent communication.

Understanding of Murex datamart module.
