Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately type a variety of documents, including legal, medical, and personal correspondence, ensuring zero grammatical errors and maintaining high formatting standards to meet client requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of typing assignments, adhering to strict deadlines and efficiently organizing workflow to ensure timely document delivery.
  • Proofread and edit typed documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, correcting any errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation to produce polished final products.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, handling client data with utmost discretion and adhering to privacy regulations to protect client interests.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a basic level of education and foundational knowledge.
  • Holds a relevant typing certification, showcasing a commitment to professional development and proficiency in typing skills.
  • Has at least one year of experience in a typing center or related office environment, providing practical experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
