Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, providing insightful financial reporting.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections, optimizing cash flow management.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial report preparation.
  • Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the UAE, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field, showcasing practical knowledge of local regulations.
  • Demonstrates experience in the construction or real estate industry, highlighting industry-specific knowledge.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken), facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships within the team.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity and ethical conduct, upholding professional standards.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
