Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated UAE National Accountant to join our finance team as outsourse employee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with VAT filing and compliance as per UAE regulations.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and payroll coordination.
  • Work closely with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure data security.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards in the UAE.
  • Must be a UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID and family book
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
