We are looking to recruit a talent Emirati candidate as Contact Centre Agent for Al Futtaim Motors in Dubai conduct outbound calls for service reminders or repairs through dedicated 800 lines. Receive bookings to load workshops in line with production attended hours and maximize opportunity for team sales. Job holder should be able to communicate accurate information and cross sell existing service promotions, and contribute to customers retention initiatives.
To be a successful candidate for this role: You must be an Emirati hold UAE national passport and UAE national book, You should hold Bachelor or Diploma graduate, Basic technical understanding of automobiles, Basic understanding for process implementation., High policy & process knowledge in all company aspects. Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years in customer service experience at Al Futtaim Motors or technical experience with customer facing role in automotive industry. You Must have English and Arabic language are essential. (Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, Farsi etc are a plus) Technical knowledge of automobiles, negotiation, problem solving skills and influencing & Listening skills, Also you should be calm and relaxed personality, conflict resolution, ability to work under pressure, detailed oriented, decision maker, good communicator, self-energetic, motivator
