Job Description
  • Develop and implement a group-wide internal communications strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and manage engaging content across internal platforms including newsletters, CEO bulletins, and digital channels.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise senior leadership on internal communication strategies and employee engagement.
  • Lead cultural change initiatives and CSR programs in alignment with group strategy.
  • Build strong relationships across departments including HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Development.

The Successful Applicant
  • UAE National with Family Book
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in organisational/internal communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to communication.
