UI/UX Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures in accordance with Jeel standards.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with established design, accessibility, and brand governance requirements.
• Maintain adherence to documentation and reporting protocols for all design activities.
• Execute assigned design tasks in line with project timelines, scope, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure smooth design handovers.
• Monitor design outputs for accuracy, usability, and brand alignment before delivery to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support effective, human-centred design solutions.
• Conduct and support user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather actionable insights.
• Develop user personas, journeys, and scenarios to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in alignment with technical and brand guidelines.
• Assist in building and evolving the design system, contributing reusable components and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Stay abreast of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Identify and recommend improvements to design processes and standards to enhance productivity and output quality.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on design activities, usability testing outcomes, and research findings in accordance with departmental standards.
• Maintain documentation for design iterations, ensuring version control and easy reference for stakeholders.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental policies to maintain a healthy and sustainable work environment.
• Ensure that accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles are incorporated into deliverables.
• Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the Digital Studio and Jeel.
• Provide ad-hoc support for cross-functional initiatives requiring UI/UX expertise.
