Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows and interactions, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across different platforms and devices.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in design, promoting a unified brand identity and streamlining the design process.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, using methods like surveys and usability testing to inform design decisions and create user-centered designs.
- Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) with a focus on visual appeal and usability, creating high-fidelity prototypes to test and refine designs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Collect and validate user requirements with the help of product and business leadership to develop outstanding design concepts.
•Create deliverables at multiple stages of the design cycle, from mockups to detailed designs to style guide updates.
•Be able to create mockups which clearly and unambiguously illustrate how the elements function and look like.
•Be capable of delivering work in an Agile fashion with the short Sprints, which are targeted at delivering a releasable pace of work.
•Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and present drafts and concepts in the form of story boards, sitemaps and process flows before creating detailed designs.
•Support a team of developers by developing guides and asset libraries, which can be used further by the team. Consider components-driven approach to prevent extra development effort.
•Perform UX audit of existing projects to assess the issues and develop a plan of how to improve user experience for the products.
•Require management capabilities to lead and coordinate with UX/ UI Designers and a proven understanding of the core principals of great user experience
•Coordinate the development of these interfaces so that they may cater for mobile, tablet & desktop screen sizes.
