As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products. Your creativity and technical skills will be essential in creating visually appealing, intuitive, and user-centric designs that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand user needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Being well-versed in design principles and having a keen eye for detail, you will ensure that our users enjoy a seamless and engaging journey across all platforms. Your passion for user-centered design will drive you to innovate and iterate on designs based on user feedback and research insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to gather insights on users needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define design specifications.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design principles.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in the industry.
• Problem-solve design challenges with innovative and user-centered solutions.
• Work closely with developers to implement and refine user interface designs.
• Maintain design documentation and communicate design processes clearly.
• Advocate for the end-user and ensure their needs are prioritized in the design process.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in design portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Experience with responsive design and creating designs for various devices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and apply insights to design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
