As a UI/UX Designer at Prism ME (Marketing + Digital), you will be instrumental in shaping our clients' digital products' user interfaces and experiences.

UI/UX Design: Create user-friendly, visually stunning, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.

FIGMA Proficiency: Utilize FIGMA to design, collaborate, and iterate on designs with the team, ensuring design consistency and efficiency.

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.

Design Documentation: Prepare design specifications, guidelines, and documentation for developers to implement design concepts accurately.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align design with project goals.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies.

Skills:

• Proficiency in FIGMA is a must, with a strong portfolio showcasing your FIGMA projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus.
