Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Drive innovative thinking, exploring new AI-powered user journeys, personalized experiences across banking, wealth, and trading.
2. Conduct hands-on UX activities including journey mapping, task flows and wireframing.
3. Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with the brand direction, accessibility standards, and modern mobile design patterns using design system components.
4. Support and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability, consistency, and efficient integration with engineering teams.
5. Partner closely with product owners, engineers, and data/AI teams in an agile delivery model, participating in ceremonies (stand-ups, refinement, planning, retros) to ensure alignment and rapid iteration.
6. Review front-end implementations, ensuring pixel-perfect quality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to the design system.
7. Collaborate with engineering teams to address design gaps, provide clarifications, and ensure features are delivered as intended.
8. Support creation of interactive prototypes for user testing, stakeholder presentations, and feasibility validation with developers.
9. Translate complex wealth and trading concepts into intuitive, compliant, and user-friendly experiences for global stocks, crypto assets, and portfolio insights.
10. Design for safety and compliance, especially relevant to financial products, risk disclosures, and secure user interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in trading platforms or financial applications.
- Proven experience designing complex user interfaces for trading platforms or wealth management tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools relevant to financial data; experience with React is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into intuitive designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas to stakeholders.
