Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Lead to join one of our clients in Bahrain. The candidate will take ownership of the user experience and interface design of the company's core application and other UX/UI projects. This role will focus on crafting user-centered designs that are visually appealing, intuitive, and enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will be an expert in UX and UI principles, proficient in design tools like Figma, and ready to drive the design strategy forward.

Desired Candidate Profile

Lead UX/UI Design: Take charge of the end-to-end design process for our application, ensuring that all elements enhance usability and align with our brand identity.
Design Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to convey design concepts and test user interactions.
Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and define requirements, validate design solutions, and ensure alignment on project goals.
User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights and feedback, translating these into actionable design improvements.
Design System Management: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all products and platforms.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.
