• Develop business targets in consultation with Head - SME and keeping in line with the Bank s overall business goals.
• Ensure the achievement of targets by assisting the sales teams to implement the agreed action plans and monitoring their performance and timely resolution of the concerns on an ongoing basis.
• Develop a superior sales and service culture promoting rapid business development and superior levels of customer service
• Manage the product portfolio of each line of products and rapidly grow the customer base to ensure long term business.
• Contribute to the effective implementation of PMS by ensuring the individual objectives for sales teams.
• Manages the risk-reward parameters within acceptable levels towards achieving optimal business performance and ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Work closely with product partners to develop the right products to tap market opportunities and provide feedback to the Product Department on customer/ products related issues in order to facilitate action plans
• Strive to deliver best-in-class customer service by implementing service standards, training, necessary quality programs, and developing measurement, feedback and tracking system etc.
• Assess the credit worthiness of the client and make visits (especially the top clients).
• Continuously benchmark competition, track market developments in order to keep abreast of the competition

Desired Candidate Profile

•Bachelor degree in finance / banking /Business administration.
•MBA with specialisation in Finance will be preferred.
•10-12 years of Banking experience of which at least 5-6 years as Relationship Manager (SME)
•Good knowledge and understanding of the market for banking industry.
