Develop Strategies for urban growth: through forming alliances with community leader and joint venture opportunities.
Provides leadership and direction in the development of short and long range plans; gathers, interprets, and prepares data for studies, reports and recommendations; coordinates department activities with other departments and agencies as needed.
Prepare feasibility reports, planning reports and planning briefs.
Prepare Master plans, Regional plans, Sector plans, District and Neighborhood plans.
Prepare Physical layout plans for residential, Commercial, Institutional, Recreational, Industrial areas and Tourism Development plans.
Provide Professional advice for real estate/Property developers.
Disaster Risk Assessment and Emergency Management.
Assures that assigned areas of responsibility are performed within budget; performs cost control activities; monitors revenues and expenditures in assigned area to assure sound fiscal control;
Develop, maintain and apply Land Development Economics Analysis tools to serve infrastructure, resource use, and project economic viability.
Experienced user of: GIS Systems, Revit 2015, Estate Master 3.12, MS Project, and Primavera.
Good communication,interpersonal relationships and strong negotiation skills
