Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate JCB machinery efficiently on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with site managers and team members to execute excavation, loading, and site preparation tasks effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy machinery operation is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating JCBs or similar heavy machinery in construction or civil engineering.
  • Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license and JCB operator certification are mandatory.
  • Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining JCB machinery, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
