Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer in Qatar.
Job Details:
• nbspUses collection tools effectively to ensure quality recovery services andnbsp nbspnbspmeet or exceed established goals and work standards.
• nbspReviews account information for appropriate status in TLRA's collectionnbsp nbspnbspsystem.
• nbspHandling cases ofnbspcustomernbspcomplaining to SEBI, CDSL & MD.
• nbspGiving Training to new Joinees and Refresher training.
Job Requirements:
• Having a minimum of Three years Middle East experience.
• nbspKnowledge in spoken Arabic is mandatory.
• Good Communication skills.
• nbspExcellent interpersonal skills.
