Ø Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filling systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Ø Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts and equipment procurement.
Ø Maintain office policies by measuring results against standards of already established standards and procedures. Implement new standards and procedures where needed.
Ø Complete operation requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to work, following up on the work to get results.
Ø Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports and summarizing information.
Ø Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
Ø Correspondence with travel agents and hotel reservation teams, to coordinate travel for employees and clients to and from our site.
Ø Visa applications for clients and visitors.
Ø Drafting e-mails and letters for the Management.
Ø Assist with registering the company with ministries, banks, and clients
