Roles & Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair water supply systems, ensuring optimal water pressure and flow in Dubai's high-rise buildings and villas.
Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately install and configure plumbing systems in accordance with UAE building codes and regulations.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards, preventing future issues.
Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures and equipment to extend their lifespan and minimize downtime in a harsh desert climate.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly and efficiently, providing immediate solutions to prevent water damage and inconvenience.
Install and maintain drainage systems, including waste pipes, vents, and traps, ensuring proper wastewater disposal in Dubai's urban environment.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to coordinate projects and ensure seamless installations.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and explaining plumbing issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
