Maintains current and accurate staff and department reports, including charts of organization, weekly e-newsletter, training, compliance, etc.
Ensures the success of HR programs and initiatives by coordinating and scheduling meetings, developing registration processes, preparing and distributing pre-event packets,ordering food and supplies/materials, coordinating travel and lodging, and follow up correspondence.
Keeps current with department budget numbers, and Association accounting practices and processes to process HR invoices in a timely manner.
Maintains current data on the HR SharePoint site current.
Minimum five years experience in the same field.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Age below 30 years old.
