Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Saudi Arabia.
Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Resolves employee issues by investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing advice, guidance and direction.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Maintains compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. Collects and analyzes requisite data and makes recommendations on trends and patterns.
Assists in the facilitation of annual merit and performance review process for the assigned business segment.
One year experience in the same field.
Good knowledge in MS Office.
Communication skills in English.
Excellent managerial skills.
