A leading company looking for an experienced Secretary in Saudi Arabia.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence - drafts, memos and reports.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and customers.
Work closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Take dictation in shorthand or by machine, and transcribe information.
Five years experience in the same field.
Good communication skills in English.
Well versed in MS Office.
Be a smart and presentable person.
