Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in researching user behavior for dashboard and analytics tool usability.
3 years of experience in UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze insights to shape data-related design decisions.
Collaborate with UX and product teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
2 yrs of service design experience is a huge plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
Arabic Fluency required
Willing to work onsite for a 2 month contract.
