Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets and territory KPIs, contributing to country brand and therapy area objectives.
- Execute commercial strategies and act as a trusted advisor to HCPs by offering appropriate solutions.
- Monitor product performance and implement actions through a robust territory business plan aligned with commercial sales strategy.
- Support marketing initiatives and the operational plan, including campaign development and rollout, ensuring necessary medical and regulatory approvals.
- Develop market intelligence and support forecasting in coordination with commercial trade and marketing teams to reflect actual market demand.
- Drive patient-focused solutions and track supply to support product availability, coordinating with supply chain and trade channel teams and managing product shelf-life.
- Provide timely feedback to tender teams on pricing, RFQs and the tender process in coordination with the first line sales leader.
- Work with market access teams to develop and implement access plans and roadmaps for key accounts.
- Conduct effective external engagements with HCPs to drive disease and product awareness and education.
- Prioritize activities through market segmentation and targeting to optimize territory resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with scientific societies and key external experts to support advocacy and patient care.
- Deliver patient-focused detailing through excellence in product and disease knowledge and use of appropriate collateral.
- Manage expenses within approved budgets and optimize resource use.
- Maintain compliance with GSK s codes, policies, procedures and legal requirements; escalate and manage issues appropriately.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders based on trust, openness, honesty and transparency.
Basic Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Saudi national.
- Pharmacy degree.
- Minimum 2 years relevant field experience.
- Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration.
- Proven track record in territory management and achieving field KPIs.
- Demonstrated ethical integrity and commitment to values-based management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver s license or ability to meet business travel needs via a safe, reliable alternative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Vaccine experience.
- Experience managing public sector accounts and knowledge of access/enlisting processes.
- Experience in cardiovascular/metabolic therapy areas (advantageous).
- Ability to manage larger territories with consistent performance against KPIs.
- Experience with supply chain, distributor relationships, and tender processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and business analytics skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
