Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description This position will be based in the Eastern region. As the Vaccines Implementation Manager, you will help drive the success of our company's Vaccines in the public sector by building strong customer partnerships, supporting National Immunization Program implementation, and contributing to vaccination campaigns with health authorities. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, support inclusion efforts, and help deliver both short and long-term growth. Duties and responsibilities: Lead end to end implementation of national vaccination programs, ensuring timely rollout across public channels. Collaborate with MOH departments, Public Health Authority, regional health clusters, and key public health stakeholders to align on priorities and overcome on ground challenges. Monitor and track implementation KPIs, identify gaps, and propose data driven corrective actions. Demonstrates ability to communicate the value proposition and ability to drive mutually beneficial business opportunities with key customers. Work on extending the reach of patients to the vaccines both in MOH and institution through Awareness campaigns & partnership with customers. Ensure Operational excellence through monitoring the procurement process & implementing effective tracking to ensure smooth Supply & avoid any shortage. Ensure alignment between field execution and strategic objectives through structured planning and follow-up. Build strong working relationships with government health bodies, public health officials, and scientific leaders to support vaccination efforts. Collect and synthesize insights from the field to support adaptive planning and evidence-based decision-making. Provide regular updates and executive summaries to internal leadership and external partners as required. Support development and execution of training modules for healthcare providers on vaccine administration protocols, and program updates. 100% execution under Compliance/ PV SOPs. Knowledge Required: Understanding of Public sector, Local Government, and the interdependencies between these organizations. Ability to use in depth knowledge of customer preferences & needs and understanding of market dynamics & trends to develop and implement strategies. Extensive proficiency in sophisticated problem-solving techniques and ability to develop tailored solutions to meet both the customer & company s objectives Ability to effectively navigate the customers environment and understand their evolving needs to align objectives and drive customer networks & partnerships to achieve results. Demonstrates skills necessary to execute on defined projects, including KPI setting & measurement, and ability to scale up pilot projects and replicate best practice. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related discipline. Master s degree is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in vaccines, immunization programs, or healthcare project execution. Experience engaging with Saudi health authorities (e.g., MOH, Health Clusters, PHA) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia s healthcare system and immunization landscape. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with operational discipline and stakeholder sensitivity. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
