GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Installs, maintains, and repairs all types of Isolation Valves like Gate, Globe, Ball, Check, Safety, Control Valves etc... Inindustrial establishments by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may beassigned.
Should have knowledge in maintenance, trouble shooting, assessment and repair of all types of Valves.
Should have knowledge on all types of valve repairing.
Disassemble/reassemble Valve and sub-components.
Install and/or replace mechanical components, such O-ring s, gasket, gland packing s etc
Should be capable of repairing the Valve individually.
Should be capable of Lapping the valve according to the required dimensions.
Should be capable of testing the Valve according to API/ASME Standards.
Should be capable to explain the work procedures to client.
Complete field service worksheets and submit to job coordinator upon completion ofwork.
Obtain all site specific and safety related training to perform valve services.
Offer Customers a service that best satisfies their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, and delivery for your range of Valve services.
Should be well versed with drawings and International Standards.
Should have knowledge in all types of Inspection/ Measuring tools.
Should have knowledge in Torque standards.
ELIGIBILITY CREITERIA
Should have a minimum of 6 years experience in Valve repair .
Should have an ITI/ diploma certificate.
Should read, write & speak English.
