Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, and body components.
- Identify defects, damages, or non-compliance issues and report them accurately.
- Verify that repairs and maintenance have been completed according to manufacturer specifications and company SOPs.
- Perform test drives to evaluate vehicle performance and functionality.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory compliance standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for each vehicle.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and workshop teams to resolve defects and quality issues.
- Recommend preventive actions and improvements to reduce future defects or service complaints.
- Assist in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives in the workshop.
- Ensure inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to diagnose and identify issues in vehicles.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Basic computer skills for logging inspection data.
Experience:
- Prior experience in vehicle inspection, quality control, or automotive service is preferred.
