Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified and licensed Veterinarian to oversee operations in our Veterinary Medical Store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining stock of veterinary reagents and consumables used for veterinary medical devices. The role requires close attention to reagent expiry dates, consumption rates, and timely ordering to ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply chain operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor stock levels of veterinary reagents and consumables.

• Track reagent expiry dates and usage to ensure timely reordering and prevent shortages or wastage.

• Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers for reagent orders.

• Ensure all reagents and consumables are stored under proper conditions and in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for audits and internal control.

• Support the service and technical team by ensuring reagent availability for veterinary device testing and calibration.

• Comply with Dubai Municipality, MOCCAE, and other relevant local regulatory requirements.



Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

• Valid UAE Veterinary License (Dubai Municipality or MOCCAE).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary medical store, clinic, or laboratory environment preferred.

• Strong knowledge of veterinary diagnostic reagents and devices.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and inventory management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
