The role of a Videographer is crucial in today's digital and content-driven world. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and business goals. This involves both in-studio and on-location shoots, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring the final product meets technical and creative standards. You will engage in pre-production planning, operate camera equipment, and manage post-production tasks such as editing and sound mixing. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
• Operate and maintain a variety of camera equipment including drones and stabilizers.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct video shoots both in-studio and on location.
• Ensure proper lighting and composition to capture visually striking footage.
• Edit raw video footage into polished products including sound mixing and graphic integration.
• Review and select best takes and video clips for final products.
• Work with directors and producers to ensure the creative vision is effectively executed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technology in video production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines.
• Create and adhere to budgets, ensuring efficient resource use during production.
• Conduct on-site risk assessments to ensure safety during video shoots.
• Archive and maintain organized video files for easy retrieval by team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a videography or film production role is essential.
• Strong proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with different camera models and video production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual composition and storytelling.
