We manage over 850 properties and employ a dedicated team of over 350 professionals, driven by innovation, professionalism, and excellence.Responsibilities:Produce high-quality video content that highlights our luxury holiday homes, designed to captivate and attract potential guests.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh ideas for video content and execution, ensuring all videos remain engaging and on-brand.Create compelling video content aimed at attracting new landlords to list their properties with us.Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools.Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional video content aligned with the company s vision and standards.Enhance video content with graphics, visual effects, and other creative elements to maximize engagement.Optimize all video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and video editing techniques to ensure content remains modern and effective.Organize and manage video files and assets for efficient storage and easy accessibility.Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to produce video content tailored to their objectives.Provide direction and support to team members involved in production, including on-screen talent and voice-over artists.Ensure all video output adheres to brand guidelines and meets standards of professionalism and quality.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Benefits:Attractive and competitive salary packageEmployment visa and comprehensive medical insurance coveragePaid annual leaveSupportive and dynamic work environmentOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to work in a diverse, multicultural teamRequirements:1 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably with a portfolio showcasing previous real estate workBachelor s degree in a related field (e.g., Media Production, Film, Marketing, or similar)Hands-on experience with mirrorless Sony camerasProficient in using camera stabilization tools such as gimbalsSkilled in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)Experience in real estate photography is an advantageValid UAE driving licenseStrong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
