Serves as the Videographer, Senior for the Visual Information Support (VIS). Responsible for providing videographer services for TSC for Camp Arifjan/Buehring.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Coordinates and participates in a variety of complex, technical tasks related to the operation of video and equipment, including but not limited to, filming and editing complete projects.
Performs videotape recordings for a variety of special events.
Edits recorded video and/or audio tape per event; may involve a rough edit of a linear event for approval or one-on-one editing with supervisor and management approval.
Coordinates and/or assist with special public relations projects through effective marketing and communication tools.
Prepares video materials for education and instruction used to support the ARCENT mission.
Prepares files for output to DVD, receives and manipulates files electronically and maintains operating system on production machine.
Travels to other bases in Kuwait in support of submitted video work orders.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Indoor and/or outdoor environment.
Standard work week will be six (6) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day. May work 12-hour shifts as required.
May be required to work an uncommon schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
Must have professional appearance consistent with US military customs.
