Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and create monthly content ideas that fit our brand direction and social media goals. Shoot and edit videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, including reels, product videos, interviews and behind-the-scenes content. Build content calendars and coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns. Handle full video production, including setup, lighting, sound and basic directing. Capture photos when needed for social posts or campaigns. Write simple and clear captions that match each platform’s style. Research trends and apply them to keep our content fresh and relevant. Track content performance and share recommendations for improvement. Maintain media files, organize shoots and manage deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in videography and hands-on content creation for social media. Good understanding of digital content strategy and what engages audiences. Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut. Ability to plan, shoot and edit independently. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple projects. Basic photography skills are a plus. Strong communication and time-management skills. Portfolio or sample work is required.
