Roles & Responsibilities


  • Capture high-quality property videos, lifestyle shoots, and client testimonials.
  • Edit short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging social media content (graphics, carousels, reels, highlight edits).
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to produce content that drives leads.
  • Manage video equipment, lighting, and shooting setups for property tours.
  • Ensure timely delivery of edited videos aligned with company campaigns.
  • Plan and schedule social media content calendar with management approval.
  • Track performance of posts and recommend improvements for higher reach.
  • Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and adapt creative style accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate or Diploma in Media, Film Production, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in videography, video editing, and social media content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva.
  • Experience in shooting with professional cameras, gimbals, and drones (preferred).
  • Solid portfolio of property, lifestyle, or brand videos.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and viral formats.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to create attention-grabbing hooks.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Based in Dubai, with flexibility to travel for property shoots.
