Enova is looking for a Lead Engineer - Bids and Proposal - to assist the Business Development and Marketing department under the supervision of the Business Development Manager (BDM).
The Lead Engineer will focus mainly on drafting Bids and Proposals for projects within the Facilities Manager industry on project mode.
Control the tender cycle and documentation ensuring compliance with approved standards and policies
Get quotations from possible subcontractors for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) following the outsourcing strategy decided by the BDM and in close coordination and support form the Central Procurement Department (CPD)
Ensure the subcontractors quotations are fully compliant with the tender specifications, including technical, legal, financial, mobilization time, and other T&Cs as defined in the request for proposals (RFP) or solicitation
Manage to have the best overall commercial and technical proposal Sourcing new potential suppliers and develop strategies to optimize the commercial studies
Analyze and monitor the market practices including price benchmarking, identification and monitoring of key spending areas and prioritization of purchasing activities and make recommendations to the line manage in order to ensure commercial optimization
From time to time carry out site visits to gather information that can be used to improve the value proposition and proposal preparation
Support the BDM in scheduling, explain and review the commercial studies with the other heads of departments and in full compliance with the company processes and procedures
Develop proposal technical write ups and support in the preparation of the required collaterals for presentations according to the company range of offers and existing templates
Coordinate with the marketing team for the improvement of technical write up’s templates, presentations and other collaterals (e.g. Case Studies, etc.)
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Profil recherché - Compétences requises
Educational background: Engineering Degree and Certification in Procurement and Contracts is preferred
Previous experience : 4-6 years of experience within Contracts Bidding & Proposals
Skills: Team working skills, planning and organizing, communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills
Languages:English. Multilingual is a plus
