About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a VIP Butler to join the resort s Butler Services team.

• The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
• Deliver exceptional, personalized VIP guest service at all times
• Ensure VIP areas, villas, and amenities are perfectly prepared and maintained
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with efficiency and discretion
• Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for tailored service
• Serve in-room dining and amenities with precision and elegance
• Uphold grooming, presentation, and luxury service standards
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests
• Monitor supplies, cleanliness, and operational readiness of service areas

• Support health, safety, and company standards at all times

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of hospitality or related guest service experience in a luxury 5 star hotel or resort, including at least 3 years in VIP Services.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Demonstrated excellence in VIP level guest service.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak at least two languages.
• Discreet, trustworthy, reliable, and confident.
• Charming, charismatic, friendly, and polished in demeanor.
• Strong team player who thrives in high pressure environments.

• Strong problem solving skills.
