Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

I need ongoing help keeping our customer information accurate, organized, and always up to date. Your day-to-day work will revolve around two core activities:

entering new customer records as they arrive and maintaining the larger customer database so nothing slips through the cracks.

The source files you will receive come in different formats—mainly CSV exports and email sign-ups—so you should be comfortable cleaning and standardizing data before moving it into our central spreadsheet. I currently manage everything in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, so fluency with formulas, filters, data validation, and basic lookup functions in those tools is essential.

Key results I am looking for • Clean, duplicate-free customer lists uploaded to the correct worksheet on schedule • Consistent field naming and formatting (dates, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) • Quick turnaround when I flag corrections or new imports I will share the existing file structure at kickoff along with a short SOP. If you’ve managed customer databases before and can demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, let’s get started.
