We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry and administrative support, with the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities *Accurately input and update data in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or CRM systems. *Maintain organized, error-free, and up-to-date records. *Verify and cross-check data for consistency and completeness. *Manage and update company databases (customer details, product lists, or project data). *Support administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and reporting. *Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to internal quality standards. Requirements *Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Support Specialist. *Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). *Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. *Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. *Reliable internet connection and proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
