Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and type visa applications, entry permits, renewals, cancellations, and related documents. Process Emirates ID applications and medical typing.

  2. Work on UAE government systems such as GDRFA, ICA, Tasheel, Amer, MOHRE. Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.

  3. Coordinate with customers and PROs regarding required documents.

  4. Ensure all applications comply with UAE immigration rules and timelines.

  5. Follow up on application statuses when required.

  6. Previous experience as a Visa Typist or in a UAE typing center (preferred).

  7. Fast and accurate typing skills (English required; Arabic typing is an advantage).

  8. Strong knowledge of UAE visa procedures and online portals.

  9. Good communication and customer service skills.

  10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  11. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
