Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute visually stunning window displays, in-store presentations, and promotional setups that align with the brand's seasonal campaigns and marketing strategies to captivate customers.
- Collaborate closely with the buying and marketing teams to understand product launches, promotional events, and brand messaging, ensuring visual merchandising reflects the latest trends and product stories.
- Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards, ensuring consistency across all store locations, while adapting to regional nuances and customer preferences.
- Plan and manage the installation and de-installation of visual displays, including coordinating with vendors, contractors, and store staff to meet deadlines and budgets.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the fashion retail industry, showcasing a proven track record of creating impactful displays.
