Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute visually appealing product displays that align with brand identity and seasonal themes to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct market research to analyze current trends and customer preferences, ensuring merchandising strategies are relevant and impactful.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create cohesive promotions that drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Maintain inventory organization and stock levels on the sales floor to ensure products are readily available and attractively presented.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field is essential for a strong foundation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant visual merchandising experience in retail or a creative environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a must to create compelling visual content.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and consumer psychology to effectively influence purchasing decisions.
