Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement visually appealing displays that align with brand aesthetics, enhancing customer engagement and sales.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and adjust displays based on sales data and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive promotional displays that reflect current campaigns and attract foot traffic.
- Maintain inventory organization on the sales floor, ensuring products are easily accessible and visible to customers.
- Train and guide sales staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques to promote consistency across all displays.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the store’s visual presentation fresh and competitive.
- Utilize planograms and schematic layouts to strategically place products, enhancing customer flow and maximizing space efficiency.
- Create eye-catching window displays that draw customers into the store and effectively showcase key products.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales performance to continuously refine visual merchandising tactics.
- Manage budgets for visual displays, ensuring that resources are used efficiently while maximizing visual impact.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate seasonal merchandising changes.
- Strong understanding of color theory, spatial design, and consumer psychology to create impactful visual narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to visual displays.
- Physically capable of lifting and arranging merchandise, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
