Visual Merchandiser

Cizaro

Implement weekly and monthly Visual Merchandising (VM) plans across assigned branches.

• Ensure all tables, walls, and window displays follow the approved planograms.
• Style mannequins using approved outfits while maintaining perfect presentation standards.
• Keep all displays clean, steamed, organized, and fully stocked with size ranges.
• Maintain visual balance between store zones (Denim / Basics / Smart Casual / Sale).
• Highlight hero products and ensure they are the first items customers notice.
• Monitor store flow, lighting, and overall ambiance in coordination with Store Managers.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Train Sales Associates on product arrangement and daily display maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising and Inventory teams for replenishment and new arrivals.
• Support the Marketing Department by executing seasonal campaigns and ensuring alignment between online and in-store visuals.

Weekly & Monthly Duties

• Submit before-and-after photo reports for each display update.
• Analyze display performance based on sales data and customer feedback.
• Recommend improvements to enhance visual appeal and conversion.
• Develop seasonal display plans and window concepts for upcoming collections.

• Strong visual sense, fashion styling ability, and understanding of display techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, color coordination, and aesthetic judgment.
• Fast execution skills with commitment to Cizaro s brand standards.
• Flexibility to work across different Cizaro branches (City Stars, Mall of Arabia, Abbas El Akkad, etc.).
• Basic photography skills for reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of fashion display techniques (color blocking, storytelling, symmetry).
