Key Responsibilities :

Plan, design, and implement creative visual displays in showrooms.
Arrange furniture layouts to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.
Ensure all visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards are maintained.
Coordinate seasonal themes, promotional displays, and new product launches.
Monitor product presentation and make improvements where needed.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure displays support sales strategies.
Conduct regular showroom walk-throughs to ensure visual consistency.
Source d cor items and props to enhance displays when required.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper lighting of display areas.
Prepare VM reports with photos for management review.

Requirements :

2 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the retail furniture industry.
Strong understanding of interior design, space planning, color coordination, and styling.
Knowledge of current home d cor trends.
Ability to create mood boards and display concepts.
Good photography skills (preferred).
Proficiency in design tools is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Flexibility to work across multiple showroom locations.
