Roles & Responsibilities

The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for translating global brand guidelines into compelling in-store displays, visual campaigns, and seasonal launches. This includes managing concept development, execution, and training retail teams on VM standards to deliver an immersive retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive visual merchandising plans across boutiques, aligning with marketing campaigns and retail calendars
  • Adapt global brand guidelines to fit local market preferences and boutique architecture
  • Lead visual rollouts for seasonal windows, product launches, and promotional events
  • Collaborate with store managers and retail operations to ensure VM execution consistency
  • Train retail teams on merchandising principles, display maintenance, and brand representation
  • Conduct regular audits and field visits to assess and improve visual standards
  • Manage budgets related to props, fixtures, materials, and external VM suppliers
  • Monitor visual performance indicators, including customer flow, engagement, and sales impact

Desired Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience in visual merchandising for luxury or premium retail brands

  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design, execution, and brand alignment
  • Skilled in VM software, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Deep understanding of shopper psychology and merchandising impact on conversion
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
