Handling British Customers Over the phone:
• The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience standard.
Working Conditions:
• 9 hours rotational within 8 a.m and 11 p.m. 2 days off
• Work location :- Smart village / Horizon - or Maadi (upon availability)
• Benefits: Net salary :- 4,300 EGP 1175 KPI's 1500 Overtime scheme on Monthly basis
• Transportation is Provided

Helpdesk / Customer Service / Telecalling

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluency in English is a MUST
• GRADUATES & UNDERGRADS who can work as full-timers.
• Excellent Communication and Soft Skills Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
