Main Duties:
• Handling British or Irish Customers Over the phone
• The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience standards
Working Conditions:
• 9 hours rotational within 8 a.m and 11 p.m.
• 2 days off
• Work location :- Smart village / Horizon - or Maadi (upon availability)
• Net salary :- 4370 EGP 1175 KPI's for UK or 1800 Bonus for IE 1500 Overtime scheme on Monthly basis
• Transportation is Provided For 6th Of October only
• Access to Gold's gym
• Meal allowance
• Social and Medical Insurance
• Mobile VPN line

Telecom / ISP

Helpdesk / Customer Service / Telecalling

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluency in English is a MUST
• GRADUATES & Gap Year who can work as a full timers
• Excellent Communication and Soft Skills
• Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
