Hays are excited to collaborate with one of the largest capital market firms in Saudi Arabia to assist them in hiring a VP of Advisory as they are setting up a new Advisory function within the firm. If you are an investment / asset management professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience looking to shift to a senior advisory role, then this is a fantastic opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement tailored portfolio strategies that balance risk, return, and diversification across multiple alternative asset classes.
  • Serve as a dependable advisor to institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, offering tailored guidance on alternative investment opportunities.
  • Be updated on the latest trends in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure.
  • Oversee portfolio risks and advise best practice mitigation strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a tier 1 investment firm in Riyadh as they expand their offerings. You will take the lead on establishing the Investment Advisory department from scratch with support from an experienced team of professionals. Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in an investment/asset management role with experience of alternative investments.
  • Bachelor's Degree is a must.
  • MBA / CFA / PhD is heavily preferred.
  • Experience and thorough knowledge of the Saudi market
  • Technically strong in developing Investment Business Strategies (IBS) for external clients, including designing tailored portfolio solutions, optimising allocations, and delivering actionable advisory insights.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
