Job Description
Job Objective:
Lead DTCMs Digital by implementing consistent best practices to improve digital users/ visitor s experiences as part of a boarder platform/ digital marketing strategy.
Responsible for:
Digital Platforms, User Experience team and Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direction & Guidelines: Lead and direct reports and provide the necessary guidance and support to help them achieve the departments' strategic and operational goals and objectives.
2. Employee Development: Ensure the ongoing development of direct reports, set development objectives, and follow up on their training and development programs.
3. Performance Management: Lead performance planning and performance evaluations of direct reports, and recommend linkages of performance evaluation results with DTCM's rewards and development programs in line with established policies and procedures.
4. HR requirements: Identify the division's human resources requirement and provide recommendations on levels of rewards, promotions, transfer and career progression for direct reports.
5. Department Operational Needs: Ensure that all technology, procurement, and other administrative needs of the division are identified, offered and maintained in a manner that facilities day to day operations and supports the achievement of the division's goal.
6. Manage the content publishing operations on, web and mobile that the target group needs and shares.
7. Track using Google Analytics or enhanced tools, what users are consuming and ensure this is served prominently.
8. Promote top watched/ read content and itineraries
9. Constant identify areas of site improvement from functionality, navigation/ UI and User Experience.
10. Identify content gaps/ areas to enrich content and feedback to content teams
11. Manager "real time" the events and content calendar to ensure the website is refreshed per planned publishing calendar and update on an ongoing basis by coordinating with all partners and DTCM stakeholders.
12. Develop a SEO strategy to increase organic traffic across brand and category keywords
13. Own digital analytics including tracking user journeys analysis, target profiles, most viewed pages and content etc.
14. Work closely with DTCM stakeholders to ensure all owned media channels are well updated and rich engagement.

Advertising / PR / Event Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing or other related field
Master Degree, professional certification is a plus
