Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Relationship management on AI with hyperscalers (e.g., MS, G42, ), accelerators, VCs, academia

  • Facilitation of pilot engagements/ tech support with selected partners

  • Partnership filter-function, vetting start-up and scale-up maturity, relevance, strategic fit of firms and solutions

  • Supporting make/buy-decisions for use cases

  • Briefings for AIH/FAB ExCo on startup insights/strategic options

  • Startup & Scale-Up scouting in global AI and FS landscape to identify emerging players, tech, trends, market and competitive intelligence

  • Internal Engagement & Ambassadorship: Drive content to engage broader FAB org around AI, such as Hackathons, LT knowledge-sharing, innovation showcases sessions etc.

  • Preparing content for external visibility of AI @ FAB, e.g., conferences, speaker engagements

  • Leading team of 3-4 employees

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of professional experience incl. leadership experience

  • Strategy consultant/VC background

  • AI, fintech, or hyperscaler experience

  • Highly analytical and well structured

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, comms and events

  • Well-networked, with strong business judgment

  • Strong relationship builder

  • Storyteller

  • Highly proactive mindset
