Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Co lead the formulation, refinement, and execution of FAB s equity and fixed income investor relations strategy, ensuring clear alignment with Group financial priorities and long term value creation.

Serve as a senior point of contact for global institutional investors, sell side analysts, bondholders, and rating agencies, ensuring timely and high quality engagement.

Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly results, earnings materials, KPIs, talking points, Q&A documents, regulatory disclosures and investor presentations.

Shape FAB s equity story, messaging pillars, valuation drivers and market positioning across priority geographies.

Conduct deep dive financial analysis, peer benchmarking, and market intelligence to anticipate investor concerns and identify opportunities to enhance market perception.

Oversee proactive engagement campaigns, including roadshows, conferences, reverse roadshows, capital markets days and thematic investor briefings.

Support the Head of IR in advising Group CEO, Group CFO and senior management on market expectations, investor sentiment, and disclosure impacts.

Champion continuous enhancement of ESG, sustainability, risk and governance related disclosures, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Drive digital and AI enabled IR capabilities (e.g., analytics dashboards, Copilot, CRM optimisation, automated insights).

Provide mentorship and direction to IR team members and deputise for the Head of IR when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA qualification is a plus

  • Proven experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, FIG banking, or strategy ideally within a large financial institution or listed corporate
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, debt instruments, and financial analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successful investor engagement and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
