Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure 99.99% platform landscape availability and optimize and manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of tech artifacts.
  • Enforce 80%+ Test Driven Development (TDD) across the engineering organization and achieve 90%+ process automation across the engineering landscape.
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred), 15+ years of engineering delivery experience with multiple technologies, and experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and SRE principles.
  • The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, strong stakeholder management and business acumen, and a strong understanding of the retail business.
